The room was surprisingly big and spacious with its own...

The room was surprisingly big and spacious with its own kitchen and all the necessary utensils to cook your own meal, including boiling pot and refrigerator. The hotel located in 5 min walking distance from metro, also the tram stop right in the front of it.

Only and biggest downfall was Wi-fi, the signal was poor and unstable.

It was very central to buses and train.

The bed was partially broken and not very comfortable to sleep in, there was no real garbage that was usable. I had to ask for a fan, and a tea kettle, but they didn’t understand when I was asking for a pot to boil things in. The curtains were very sheer and all the light from the outside lights on the main floor came in at night and I had a very poor time sleeping.

The place is very clean with comfortable beds, all three bedrooms were fine. The location is convenient.

It was rather three bedrooms suite, not an apartment- without the place to sit together, no living room, uncomfortable kitchenette in the corridor without any place to heat something (no microwave, no oven), unless you heat it on the pan. Good place to sleep, not to rest with family. I didn't like that the personel copied my ID at the chek-in without asking for permission.

Der große Kühlschrank im Zimmer war positiv.

Das Bett war beim Einzug nicht bezogen. Es fehlten Handtücher. Kein Fernseher auf dem Zimmer. Der Raum konnte nicht verdunkelt werden. Der Ablauf der Dusche war defekt, das Wasser lief über die Duschwanne und landete im Zimmer. Der Laminatboden war aufgebrochen (Verletzungsgefahr). Es war zwar eine Küchenzeile vorhanden, aber es fehlte komplett Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe. Das Zimmer lag direkt an einer Straße mit lauten Fahrgeräuschen.

In den Zimmern ist alles da was man braucht, falls nicht sagt man es einfach und bekommt es auch So schnell wie möglich!! Rezeption allgemein sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit Tag und Nacht immer jemand da hab schon das 4te mal Verlängert und glaube es wird noch ein paar mal sein danke

Habe eine Zeit überlegt aber ganz Ehrlich bis jetzt passt alles!!

Freundliches Personal, zentral gelegen, sauber, konnte am Anreisetag schon früh ins Zimmer, konnte am Abreisetag das Gepäck noch bis zum Nachmittag unterstellen, Zimmer geräumig, Kühlschrank vorhanden.

Liegt an einer sehr lauten Straße. Alle Zimmer zur Straße hin. Es gab zwar eine Küchenzeile aber weder Topf noch Wasserkocher, um Kaffee oder Tee zu kochen. Und es gab trotz des geräumigen Zimmers keinen Tisch.

Großes Zimmer mit neuen modernen Möbeln. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach vorhanden. Handtücher Bettzeug Seife im doch recht hübschen Bad mit großer Dusche. Anbindung ist recht gut

Leider war die Küche kaum ausgestattet. Es gab keine Töpfe, lediglich eine kleine Pfanne, keine Tassen i.ä. Besteck bestand aus 3 Löffeln einer Gabel und Einem Messer. Mehrfaches nachfragen und bitten es nachträglich auszustatten war erfolglos, bis wir am späteren Abend doch noch einen kleinen Topf ( ohne Deckel) bekamen. Von pfannenwender, Kelle Mikrowelle Kaffeemaschine etc. weit und breit keine Spur. Leider waren auch die Bettlaken dreckig und KopfkissenBezüge musst man auch nachfordern. Dazu eine defektes Fenster was sich nicht schließen lässt. Für ein Hostel hätte es überdurchschnittlich viele Möglichkeiten im Punkto Ausstattung der Zimmer, was auch in der Beschreibung steht,aber einfach nicht da ist. So kann man sich leider nicht selbst versorgen, da es auch keine Gemeinschaftsküche gibt. Zudem hätte man sich Lösungsangebote vom Personal gewünscht, welches aber teilweise überfordert wirkten.

„Sehr gut und günstig

Das Zimmer war neu renoviert, mit Küche und neuem Bad. Einfach eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Wer günstig in Wien übernachten will, ist hier richtig. 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man die U-Bahn-Station Ottakring.

Es war kein Fernseher im Zimmer, was mich persönlich nicht gestört hat (machen fehlt das).
